Probably the most versatile classic, the Whisky Sour easily fits in just about anywhere, from casual hangs to fancy celebrations. Plus, it’s delicious. 

Makes 1 drink

THE CLASSIC
Add 2 oz whisky, ¾ oz lemon juice, 1 tsp (5 mL) superfine sugar, an egg white and 6 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and do a hard shake for 60_seconds. Strain into a small wine glass.
