Thai Margarita
Autumn 2013
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1½ oz tequila, ½ oz lime juice, ½ oz Sriracha Simple Syrup (½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce to 1 oz Simple Syrup*) and 2 oz mango juice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a cilantro sprig.
Simple Syrup: To make Simple Syrup, combine equal parts sugar and boiling water; stir until sugar has dissolved. Refrigerate until chilled.
