Strawberry Pimm’s Cup
Early Summer 2021
Add 2 cups (500 mL) hulled sliced strawberries and 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar to a large pitcher or punch bowl. Stir and let stand for 15 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Pimm’s No. 1 Cup, 3 cups (750 mL) sparkling lemonade, 2 cups (500 mL) ice and 1/2 cup (125 mL) packed fresh mint leaves. Gently stir and serve alongside glasses.
