Stout, Cold Brew & Pomegranate Radler

Adding coffee to stout is a no-brainer, but the deep sweetness of the pomegranate takes the combination to another level.
Makes 2 radlers
2/3 cup (150 mL) pomegranate juice
1/3 cup (80 mL) cold brew coffee
1 can (473 mL) St-Ambroise Oatmeal Stout or similar beer
1/2 cup (125 mL) soda water
Pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)
1. Combine pomegranate juice and cold brew. Divide mixture between 2 glasses. Add half of beer to each glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish each with a small piece or a few pomegranate seeds on a metal skewer, if using.
