Irish Gimlet

Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz Irish whiskey
¼ oz lime juice
1¼ oz lime cordial
5 mint leaves, torn
Mint sprig, for garnish
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whiskey, lime juice, lime cordial and mint leaves. Shake hard and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
