Whisky Sour (Tropical Twist)
Summer 2020
Swap in La Caravedo Puro Quebranta Pisco in place of whisky, omit sugar, and add in 2 oz pineapple juice (in addition to the lemon) for a tropical twist on a Sour.
Makes 1 drink
THE CLASSIC
Add 2 oz whisky, ¾ oz lemon juice, 1 tsp (5 mL) superfine sugar, an egg white and 6 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and do a hard shake for 60 seconds. Strain into a small wine glass.
