Spicy Whisky Caesar

Makes 1 cocktail
1 lemon wedge
Celery salt
Pinch smoked paprika (optional)
1¾ oz whisky
4 to 5 dashes hot sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
5 oz Mott’s Clamato
1 lemon wheel
1 dill pickle spear
1. Rim a highball glass with lemon wedge, then a mix of celery salt and paprika (if using). Fill glass ¾ full with ice.
2. Squeeze in juice from lemon wedge. Pour in whisky, hot sauce and Worcestershire. Top up with Clamato. Stir to mix, then chill. Garnish with lemon wheel and pickle.
