Makes 1 drink
1 lemon wedge
1 ½ oz cognac (or brandy)
¾ orange liqueur
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Lemon twist
1. Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the lemon wedge and rim with sugar.
2. Shake liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and strain into glass.
3. Twist lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.
