Makes 1 cocktail
3⁄4 oz cognac
3⁄4 oz Cointreau
3⁄4 oz fresh orange juice
3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
Vigorously shake cognac, Cointreau and orange juice, vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and slowly top with champagne.
