Savoury, spicy, smooth and sour, the Caesar is a Canadian icon. Here, we’ve switched up the summertime classic with a splash of dill pickle juice. Of course, feel free to make it your way. That’s why this cocktail is such a beauty, eh.
Fresh lime juice
Celery salt
1½ oz vodka
A dash of Tabasco™
1 oz pickle juice
5 oz tomato-clam juice
A skewer of dill pickle slices
A lime wedge
Rim a large glass with lime juice and celery salt. Fill glass with ice and add vodka, Tabasco™, pickle juice and tomato-clam juice. Garnish with a skewer of dill pickle slices and lime wedge.
Makes 1 cocktail
