Old Fashioned (Coffee Twist)

After adding the whisky, stir in 2 oz cold-brew coffee (we used Station brand) for a perkier version of this classic.

THE CLASSIC
Soak a sugar cube with 4 dashes Angostura bitters in a lowball glass. Add ½ oz soda and muddle until sugar is dissolved. Add 3 large ice cubes, 2 oz rye whisky and stir for 45 seconds. Squeeze an orange twist over the top to express oils, then drop it in for a garnish.
