Canada, and especially Ontario, is world-renowned for icewine.With its concentrated, sweet rich taste, icewine is a wonderful basefor cocktails. In this delicious, unique cocktail it bursts with flavour.
Makes 1 drink
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1½ oz icewine, 2 oz pear juice, ½ oz vodka and ¼ oz lemon juice. Stir until icy cold and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a pear slice.
