Mango Colada

Juicy mango brings tangy sweetness to an icy colada’s classic tropical flavours. This simple summer cocktail is guaranteed to add sizzle to your backyard barbecue (tiny umbrella optional).
Makes 1 cocktail
1 oz rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut milk
1 oz mango juice
Mango slice and cherry, for garnish
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk and mango juice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a mango slice and a cherry.
