Icewine Cosmo

Everybody loves a Cosmo, and this Canadian version softens the tartness of pomegranate with the sweetness of icewine. The rich colour and pomegranate seeds in season add a festive feel, making this cocktail the perfect pre-dinner sipper.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz icewine, ½ oz vodka, the juice of ⅛ fresh lemon and 2 oz cranberry-pomegranate juice. Stir until very well chilled and strain into a Martini glass. Sprinkle with ½ tsp fresh pomegranate seeds.
