Rum has come a long way since the 17th century, when its nickname was kill-devil. Today this mellow spirit has morphed into an amazing range of colours and styles.
1 oz Havana Club 7 yr.
1 oz Havana Club 3 yr.
1 oz passion fruit juice
¼ lime, fresh
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rums, passion fruit juice and lime juice. Shake sharply and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
