Baileys Birthday Flat White Martini

Celebrate with friends by serving up this birthday-worthy cocktail. Make it extra special by adding an edible flower for garnish.
Makes 1 cocktail
Colourful sprinkles, optional
2 oz Baileys Birthday Cake
1 oz brewed strong coffee, chilled
½ oz milk, preferably whole milk
1. Place sprinkles on a small plate. Moisten outer rim of a cocktail glass with water then press rim into sprinkles.
2. Pour Baileys Birthday Cake into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add coffee and milk. Shake until blended and silky smooth. Strain into prepared cocktail glass.
