This Chardonnay is crafted using a clone imported more than 25 years ago from Fèvre's holdings in Chablis. Grown at an altitude of 700 meters, these grapes receive excellent sun exposure, allowing for complete ripeness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and offers plentiful apricot, orange and almond notes accented by a honeyed tone on the close. Pair with salmon.
