This wine is sourced from Volcanic Hills's own estate vineyards in West Kelowna as well as from select growers in Osoyoos. Each grape variety is fermented and barrel aged separately in a mix of French and American oak for 12-16 months, depending on the grape. The resulting wine is charismatic, rich and complex, with black cherry, plum, clove, mint, chocolate and spice.
