Wasabi Nights

Any sushi fan knows the subtle fire that wasabi creates on the palate. As this drink goes down, the wasabi melts into the cocktail: the spice builds to a fortissimo with the last sip.
1 oz citrus vodka
3 oz chilled sake
¼ tsp ball of wasabi paste
Garnish
Pickled ginger skewer
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add citrus vodka and chilled sake.
2. Stir and strain into a Martini glass.
3. Place a skewer of pickled ginger and a ball of wasabi paste into the glass.
