Rum Runner
Summer 2001
Known for their beautiful beaches and popular tourist spots, the south and east of Portugal are dominated by the subtropical anticyclone that allows temperatures to rise up to 40°C during the summer.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz dark rum, ½ oz strawberry liqueur, ½ oz banana liqueur, 4 oz pineapple juice, the juice of ¼ fresh lime and 1 tsp grenadine. Shake until frothy and strain into a parfait glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
