Try this delicious cocktail!
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz Tanqueray Rangpur gin
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz pasteurized egg white
1 drop lime oil*
Makrut lime leaf for garnish
1. Add ingredients to a shaker, dry shake (shake without ice for about 15 seconds to foam the mixture), add ice, shake again, pour into a chilled coupette, garnish with a lime leaf or fresh lime zest.
*WHERE TO FIND?
Lime oil can be found in most herbal or health food stores.
