Cranberry Cider

Serves 3 to 4
2 cups apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves
Zest of ¼ fresh lemon
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup cranberries
To a saucepan, add apple cider, cinnamon stick, cloves, lemon zest, sugar and cranberries. Bring to a boil until the cranberries burst, then simmer for several more minutes. Strain cider into heatproof mugs and serve.
