Whisky's complex flavours shine through in this easy cocktail recipe.
Makes 1 cocktail
Cinnamon-Sugar Rimmer (see recipe below)
1½ oz whisky
3 oz fresh (cloudy) apple juice
2 oz ginger ale
Apple slice, for garnish
Rim a rocks glass with cinnamon-sugar rimmer (see instructions below); fill with ice. Add whisky, apple juice and ginger ale. Garnish with apple slice.
Stir sugar with cinnamon. Place on a plate for rimming glass. Moisten outside rim of glass, then dip and turn in sugar mixture.
