Sunrise Martini

A most unusual cocktail that proposes an excellent use for marmalade!
2 oz Plymouth gin
1 to 2 tsp fine-cut marmalade
Ice
Garnish
Toast point
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the gin and the marmalade.
2. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass.
3. Garnish with a crisp toast point.
