Sriracha Margarita

Tequila is complex, bold and layered, and pairing can be daunting—yet incredibly rewarding. Try our spicy Margarita with a blanco tequila, or for a smoother taste, use your favourite reposado.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add1 1/2 oz 100 percent agave tequila, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 3/4 oz agave syrup, 2 oz mango juice and 1/2 to 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (to taste). Shake sharply and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a sugar-charred lime wheel. To char lime, dip in sugar and set on a hot grill, then char on both sides.
