Creamy, refreshing and lemony, this is a versatile cocktail.
Makes 1 drink
⅓ cup (80 mL) lemon or limoncello sorbet
1 oz Malfy gin, straight from the freezer, divided
3 oz Villa Sandi Prosecco Il Fresco Doc or Val d’Oca Prosecco, chilled
Lemon, washed
1. In a glass or stainless steel bowl, whisk sorbet and half the gin until smooth. Whisk in remaining gin. Gently whisk in Prosecco. Pour into a chilled wine glass. Using a rasp-type grater, finely grate a little lemon zest overtop.
