Pomegranate Mojito
Holiday 2022
The addition of pomegranate juice yields the perfect blend of sweet and tart in this easy-to-make Mojito-inspired mocktail. Festive enough to serve over the holiday season, but a wonderful year-round drink as well!
Makes 1 drink
2 tsp (10 mL) fine sugar
6 mint leaves, torn
2 lime wedges
2 oz pomegranate juice
Club soda to finish
Lime wheel to garnish
Pomegranate seeds to garnish
Fresh mint to garnish
1. In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle together sugar, mint and lime wedges until sugar is fully dissolved. Fill glass with ice. Add pomegranate juice and finish with soda. Garnish with lime wheel, pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint.
