Pom Cider
Holiday 2007
While exotic fruits like pomegranates are now available year-round, there was a time when they were only available during the holiday season. Take advantage of sweetened pomegranate liqueur to enhance this season’s apple cider.
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 1 oz rye, ½ oz pomegranate liqueur, ½ oz Grand Marnier and top with chilled apple cider. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and finish with a cinnamon stick.
