Plymouth Martini
Early Summer 2011
A classic that works best with a classic twist.
Makes 1 drink
2 oz Plymouth Gin
½ oz Lillet
Ice
3 kumquats
1 Shake gin and Lillet over ice and strain into a Martini glass.
2 Garnish with 3 skewered kumquats. Before skewering, bruise the kumquats with the tines of a fork and rub 1 around the rim of the glass.
