Paradise Punch

Rum punch is deeply cherished for a reason: It’s exactly what you want to sip on a hot summer’s eve as the sun slowly fades. For a spicier punch, include aromatic cocktail bitters, such as Angostura.
Makes 4 cocktails.
6 oz rum
8 oz pineapple juice
4 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz orange juice
4 oz water
4 dashes cocktail bitters (optional)
2 orange wheels, cut into sections (for garnish)
4 mint sprigs (for garnish)
In a large pitcher, mix rum, water, pineapple, lime and orange juices for 45 seconds. Strain into ice-filled punch bowl and stir a few times with a spoon. Serve by ladling drink into ice-filled punch glasses with a sprig of mint and orange segments.
