Simple, straight-forward and totally refreshing, the Greyhound always delivers, and this big-batch version is great for a crowd.
Makes 4 Cocktails
6 oz Vodka, chilled
18 oz fresh grapefruit juice, chilled
2 oz fresh lime juice
5 oz cold water
4 dehydrated lime wheels (for garnish)
Add vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice and water to a large pitcher and stir for until the ingredients are mixed. Serve by pouring into four chilled coupes or Martini glasses and garnish each drink with a dehydrated lime wheel.
