Nutty Coco

Imagine a seaside vacation in a glass! Close your eyes, take a sip and be transported to a sandy white beach, a warm breeze and the tropical tastes of coconut, Amaretto and fresh fruit juices.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz coconut rum, ½ oz Amaretto, 3 oz pineapple juice, 2 oz orange juice and 1 tsp grenadine. Shake and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
