Mango Tango

Intensely flavourful and sparkling with cava, this drink celebrates the sweet, juicy mango. Fresh orange juice lends acidity for balance.
El Jimador 100 percent Agave Blanco (LCBO 173617) balances with the mango, making this cocktail flavourful, intense, sweet and juicy. Fresh mango is ideal, but frozen mango is a suitable substitute and is available in most supermarkets.
Chill 2 Champagne flutes or tall, thin highball glasses. In a blender combine ¼ cup cubed mango, 1½ oz fresh squeezed orange juice and 2 oz tequila. Blend until smooth. Divide the blended mixture between the 2 chilled glasses. Top each glass with chilled cava and garnish with a mango slice and lime wheel.
