Mango Passion Sorbet
Winter 2008
After a spicy or rich meal, this sorbet-style cocktail will cleanse the palate and satisfy a sweet tooth.
Makes 1 drink
To a blender, add ½ cup ice, 1½ oz Alizé Mango Passion liqueur, ½ oz lime juice and 2 oz mango juice. Blend and pour into a sorbet cup or Martini glass. Serve with a straw, and garnish with a twist of lime.
