Fill a double old fashioned glass with shaved ice. Add the juice of ½ fresh lime, ¼ oz. simple syrup, ¼ oz Cointreau, ¾ oz dark rum and ¾ oz. amber rum. Stir thoroughly to mix. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, lime wedge, pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.
