Lemon Iced Tea

Tea parties look a little different on a long summer’s day. This occasion demands long drinks like this bright and refreshing Vodka Lemon Iced Tea.
Makes 4 cocktails.
6 oz vodka
3 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
16 oz iced tea
6 oz water
4 tsp superfine sugar, or more to taste
4 lemon macarons (for garnish)
Add vodka, lemon juice, iced tea, water and superfine sugar to a large pitcher and stir for 60 seconds or until the sugar is dissolved. Taste and correct sweetness if desired. Serve by pouring into ice-filled highball glasses. Garnish each glass with a lemon macaron on a cocktail skewer.
