2 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon twist
1. Place everything but the twist in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass. Fill halfway with ice. Stir until ice-cold, about 25 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Squeeze lemon twist over drink and place in glass.
