Hot Toddy

Makes 1 cocktail
1 ½ oz Rye Whisky
1 Tbsp Honey
½ oz Fresh Lemon juice
3 to 4 oz Boiling water
Lemon
Cinnamon Stick (optional)
Cloves (optional)
In a warmed mug, add the boiling water, whisky and honey, stirring to dissolve. Squeeze in lemon juice into the mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a thin lemon wheel studded with the cloves.
