Horseradish Cream

This may be made up to two days in advance. I like to add the fresh horseradish just before serving to give a real punch to the sauce.

Makes about ¾ cup (175 mL)

½ cup (125 mL) Greek yogurt
¼ cup (60 mL) whipping cream
2 tbsp (30 mL) prepared horseradish (or more to taste)
2 tbsp (30 mL) grated fresh horseradish
2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped chives
Salt and freshly ground pepper

1 Combine all ingredients.

Makes about ¾ cup (175 mL)
