Honeyed Apple Cider Delight

Makes 1 cocktail
1 oz vodka
5 to 6 oz dry cider, chilled
Drizzle of honey, for garnish
An apple slice and a thyme sprig, for garnish
Pour vodka into a rocks or stemless wine glass filled with ice. Top with cider. Stir to mix. Drizzle with honey. Garnish with apple slice and thyme sprig.
