Honey Syrup
Early Summer 2021
In a heatproof container, combine 1/4 cup (60 mL) runny honey and 2 tbsp (30 mL) boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Let cool and refrigerate, covered, for up to 2 weeks.
Makes enough for 8 cocktails
