This lively beer cocktail brings together two bubbly summer classics: fruit beer and sparkling wine. Inspired by the fresh flavours of Früli Strawberry Beer, Fragolina is an effervescent, dry drink charged with summer flavours.

Combine 4 oz Prosecco, 2 oz strawberry beer and a dash of lime juice in a Champagne glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
