Canadiano Coffee

Step aside double-double, this is the new Canadian coffee!
Makes 1 drink
2 shots brewed espresso, 1½ oz each
3 oz hot water
2 to 3 tsp pure maple syrup
1 to 2 oz table cream (18%)
Cinnamon stick
1 Pour espresso into an 8-oz serving glass. Top with hot water and stir in maple syrup and cream to taste. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
