Makes 1 cocktail
2 lime wedges
Celery salt
1 oz vodka
1 tsp seafood cocktail sauce
Dash of hot sauce
4 oz Clamato™
Skewer of smoked Atlantic salmon and a cooked B.C. prawn, for garnish
Rim a tall glass with a lime wedge and celery salt. Fill with ice. Add vodka, cocktail sauce, hot sauce and Clamato. Stir to mix and garnish with skewer. Garnish with remaining lime wedge.
