Makes 1 cocktail
Celery salt
1¼ oz vodka
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco® sauce
Salt and pepper
Clamato® juice
Celery stalk or dill pickle slice, for garnish
1. Rim a highball glass with celery salt. Add ice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco® sauce, salt and pepper. Top with Clamato® juice. Garnish with celery stalk.
Variations: You can also spice up the cocktail by adding ½ tsp (2 mL) horseradish or to taste. Or, better yet, add some Mexican flair by substituting tequila for the vodka.
