Black Russian

The Black Russian is a classic with bold flavour. If you like a milder cocktail, just add cream to mix up a White Russian (see recipe below).
Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz vodka
¾ oz coffee liqueur
1 fresh or maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
1. Pour vodka and coffee liqueur into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice and stir. Garnish with a cherry.

White Russian
1 ½ oz vodka
¾ oz coffee liqueur
¾ oz cream, milk or almond milk
1 fresh or maraschino cherry, for garnish (optional)
1. Pour vodka, coffee liqueur and cream into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice and stir. Garnish with a cherry.
