Baileys Flat White Martini

Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream, plus more for rimmer
Sugar, preferably coarse (optional)
Finely grated chocolate (optional)
1 oz brewed strong coffee, chilled
¼ oz milk
Coffee beans, for garnish (optional)
1. When you like it sweeter, rim cocktail. Pour a little Baileys onto a small plate. Mix sugar, preferably coarse with finely grated chocolate on a separate small plate. Moisten outer rim of a cocktail glass in Baileys then dip and turn in sugar-chocolate mixture.
2. Pour Baileys into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add coffee and milk. Shake until blended and silky smooth. Strain into prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
