Baileys® Espresso Martini with a Twist

Makes 1 cocktail
1 orange wedge and granulated sugar, for rimmer
2oz brewed espresso, chilled
1oz Baileys® Chocolate Cherry
1oz amaro
3 coffee beans, for garnish (optional)
Place sugar on a small plate. Lightly pinch orange around rim of a cocktail glass. Rub exterior glass in sugar. Pour espresso, Baileys and amaro into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Vigorously shake until chilled. Pour into rimmed glass. Garnish with coffee beans, if you like.
