Subtle but still easily perceptible wood influence sets off peppery aromas of plum and earth where the latter is reflected by the sleek, delicious and equally well-detailed medium weight flavors that aren't quite as dense but offer a bit more depth and persistence on the dusty, mildly rustic and bitter pit fruit-suffused finish.
