Justin Vineyards' Je Ne Sais Quoi pours an iridescent medium peach colour that gives the impression of a sunset in the bottle. Fully grenache, this notably intentioned rosé exhibits impressive depth and length. Immediately inviting with a fleshy, lightly viscous texture and a dry palate. A delicately savoury expression of grenache without emphatic red-fruited sweetness but rather a wildflower, dried thyme and marbled cherry marking the palate.
